Vitamin e is a vitamin that dissolves in fat. We can found in many foods including vegetable oils, cereals, meat, poultry, eggs, fruits. It is also available as a supplement Vitamin E is a group of fat-soluble with distinctive antioxidant activities. “Vitamin E contains eight chemical forms where Alpha-tocopherol is the only form that is recognized to meet human requirements. To treat and prevent diseases heart diseases and blood vessels including heart attack, chest pain, and high blood pressure vitamin E is used.

Eating food is the best way to get the daily requirement of vitamin E is by sources. Vitamin E can be easily found in the following foods:
- Vegetable oils such as wheat germ, sunflower, safflower, corn, and soybean oils
- Nuts such as almonds, peanuts, and hazelnuts/filberts
- Seeds such as sunflower seeds
- Green leafy vegetables such as spinach and broccoli
